Is IOTA an Abacus/Mental Arithmetic Program?

IOTA started as a Mental Arithmetic Program with 9beads Abacus in 2005-06. But in 2011-12, with the advent of NPS and Srikumarans Contracts, the company diversified itself into school math curriculum and now it is emerged as a major player in this segment.
